Using the Par/Non-Par Report to Track Your Claim Activity

Keeping track of your Par (Participating) and Non-Par (Non-Participating) claim volume is key to understanding how your claim activity may affect monthly processing charges. Office Ally makes it easy to monitor your monthly activity using the Par/Non-Par Report.

How to Run the Par/Non-Par Report

  1. In Service Center, navigate to Reports, then select Par/Non-Par Reports from the left navigation menu.
  2. Select the desired month from the Month drop-down and then click Run Report.

Reading the Report Results

The report provides a breakdown for each unique Tax ID + NPI Combination used on claims submitted during the selected month. You’ll see:

  • Total number of claims submitted.
  • Count of Par and Non-Par claims.
  • Percentage of claims submitted to Non-Par payers.

Please Note:

  • If 50% or more of claims for any Tax ID + NPI combination are submitted to Non-Par payers in a given month, the Non-Par Claim Processing Fee will apply for that combination.
