Using the Key Metrics Dashboard in Service Center

When you log into Office Ally, you’ll see a Key Metrics Dashboard at the top of your homepage. These three metric boxes provide instant visibility into your most important billing indicators and link directly to the work queues where you can take action.

Before We Begin

The Key Metrics Dashboard refreshes nightly, so you always start your day with the most current claim and payment information. Each box is clickable and takes you directly to the relevant work queue.
