* Log into Practice Mate. * Pull up the claim (Claims/Billing tab, inventory reporting,claimfix). * Go to box 21 where the diagnosis codes are input. * After the box where the code goes, you'll see 3 boxes with 2 dots.Click the MIDDLE box. (Attachment 1) * In the new box that pulls up you'll see drop down boxes for 'Code'and 'Starts With'. In the empty box, type the first 3 digits of thecode you're looking for and click 'Search'. (Attachment 2) * After clicking 'search', you'll see which codes are available andwhich have been terminated. (Attachment 2)
