Note: Practice Mate also allows you to print a black-and-white copy of claims onto blank paper, for which no alignment is necessary. To print a full copy of the claim, ensure ‘Includes Form Image’ is selected when printing.
Tip: Before printing, ensure the blank forms are seated correctly in the printer tray. Loose alignment can cause inconsistent printing results.

If the printed data is consistently high, low, or off center across the form, paper tray alignment or margins may be to blame. If the printed data is inconsistently placed when compared to the claim form (more inaccurate in one area than another) then Scale settings are a likely culprit.
If after a few attempts there are still alignment issues, we also recommend trying a different application (Browser, Adobe Reader, etc.) to print the PDF.
