Adding a Pharmacy

Pharmacies are selected during the process of prescribing medications in Practice Mate and EHR 24/7.  If you need to add a commonly used pharmacy in Practice Mate or EHR 24/7, you can do so through the Manage Office tab.  

Steps to Add a Pharmacy:

  1. Log in to Practice Mate or EHR.  
  1. Navigate to the Manage Office tab.
  1. In the ePrescribe section, click Pharmacies.  
  1. Click Add New.
  1. Enter the desired pharmacy’s Name and Address information.
  1. Click Search.
  1. Click Select to add and save the desired pharmacy to your Pharmacy List.

Note: When searching for a pharmacy, it’s best to enter minimal information for broader results, then adding additional parameters to narrow the results afterward. For example, try entering only the Pharmacy Name, State, and Zip Code. Phone numbers are also useful for identifying a specific location.
