Facilities are used in billing, specifically on HCFA forms in Boxes 32, 32a, and 32b. Practice Mate allows you to store one or more facilities to select as you bill. If you need to add a Facility in Practice Mate, you can do so through the Manage Office tab.
Steps to Add a Facility:
- Navigate to the Manage Office tab.
- Under List Maintenance, click Facilities.
- Select Add New.
- Enter facility information in all fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
- Click Update to save the facility information to the Facility List.
