Adding a Billing Provider in Practice Mate

If you need to add a Billing Provider in Practice Mate, you can do so through the Manage Office tab. A Billing Provider is the individual or organization legally and financially responsible for billing insurance companies or patients for the healthcare services provided.

Steps to Add a Billing Provider:

1. Navigate to the Manage Office tab.

2. Under List Maintenance, click Billing Providers.

3. Select Add New.

4. Enter all fields marked with a red asterisk (*).

5. Click Update to save the billing provider information.
