Provider ID Cannot Be Same Value as Tax ID

Rejection: Provider ID Cannot Be Same Value as Tax ID (FE215)‍

What happened: The Tax ID was sent in box 24j above the NPI.

‍Resolution: The Tax ID and provider ID cannot be the same. Need to update either box 25 or the provider ID above the NPI in box 24j (see attached pictures below).
