Medicare (ALL) - Payer Responsibility Sequence Number

Rejection: Payer Responsibility Sequence Number can occur only once in a claim

‍What happened: One of the SBR loops were sent twice. This means that there are two payers indicated as primary or two payers indicated as secondary on the same claim.

‍Resolution: Need to fix in software to not send that information twice.
