What happened: There is a zip code on the claim that is not valid.

‍Resolution: If all of the zip codes do match the city/state combination on the claim form, you?will want to?take a look at what was sent in the 'Other Subscriber' loop (Loop 2330A).? This is something?that?is needed?to?be updated in the software and reuploaded. Cannot fix it from claimfix at this time.
