Rejection: Normal-0x3939420-Value of element REF02 (Line Item Control Number) has been already used in loop 2300. Line Item Control Numbers are expected to have unique values within loop 2400. Segment REF is defined in the guideline at position 4700.

What happened: In Loop 2400 in the REF*6R segment, the data being sent on one of the line items matches at least 1 other line item. ?If this segment is sent, it must be unique on each line item.
