Rejection: 90496: Medicare Report Number is required.

What happened: The claim is failing because they were expecting other payer claim control number, the Medicare claim number (ICN) (loop 2330B REF*F8).

‍Resolution: Add the Medicare claim ID in box 22 and resubmit the claim. Need to get the Medicare claim ID (ICN) from the Medicare EOB.?
