Repeated CPT code (FE392)

Rejection: Payer edit - repeated CPT code on the same day on different lines must be coded with a procedure modifer (FE392)

‍What happened: The same CPT code was billed for the same date of service on different line items without different modifiers.

‍Resolution: Need to add different modifiers to the repeated CPT codes or remove the repeated CPT codes and update the claim.
