Rejection: Rendering NPI required when legacy Rendering ID does not exist (RC126)‍

What happened: Neither the NPI or the Rendering ID were sent in box 24j.

‍Resolution: Need to add either the NPI or Rendering ID in box 24j and update the claim as necessary.
