BCBS IA BCSIA - Initial Treatment Date (FE397)

Rejection: Payer Specific Edit: Initial Treatment Date cannot be sent on the claim and line level. (FE397)

What happened: The date of intial treatment was sent in both the 2300 and 2400 loops.

‍Resolution: Need to update the software to only send those segments in only 1 of the loops, not both.
