Statement Headers

Statement headers control the office information that appears on billing statements and patient receipts. There are two areas within Practice Mate and EHR 24/7 where this information can be entered.

While there is no specific setting to choose which statement header is used, be aware that if an Office with a stored Statement Header is selected on a Visit, the Office-level statement header will override the statement header that is saved under Company Information. If you want to use a single statement header for all offices, simply leave the Office statement header sections blank.

Option 1: Company Information Statement Header

  1. Log in to Practice Mate or EHR 24/7.
  1. Navigate to Manage Office.
  1. Under Company Settings, click Company Information.
  1. Select the Statement Header tab.
  1. Enter the Company Name, Address, City, State, and Zip.

Option 2: Office-Level Statement Header

  1. Log in to Practice Mate or EHR 24/7.
  1. Navigate to Manage Office.
  1. Under List Maintenance, click Offices.
  1. Click Add New or Edit an existing office.
  1. Select the Statement Header tab.
  1. Enter the Company Name, Address, City, State, and Zip.

Note:
In the Offices section (Option 2), you have the option to copy the Office Information from the Office Information tab directly into the Statement Header tab.  
Information entered at the office level overrides the Company Information Statement Header settings.
