Disable SMS Self Check-In Feature

If you need to disable the SMS Self Check-In feature for patients, you can do so in the Manage Office tab.

Steps to Turn Off SMS Self Check-In:

1. Log in to Practice Mate/EHR.

2. Under Company Settings, select Intake/Agreement Forms.

3. Locate the SMS Self Check-In feature (at the top).

4. Click the green Settings button next to SMS Self Check-In.

5. Check the box to turn off Check-In for Patients.

Tip: Once disabled, patients will no longer receive SMS Self Check-In links until the feature is turned back on.
