Office Ally’s EHR 24/7 allows you to create and manage lab and radiology orders directly within the system. If your practice is connected to a lab or radiology clinic via electronic interface, orders can be submitted electronically. However, a lab connection is not required to create, download or print an order.
Before We Begin
If you plan to submit lab or radiology orders electronically, you must first contact the lab or radiology clinic directly to request interface setup. Once the connection is established, orders can be submitted directly through EHR 24/7. Lab interface requests must come from the lab itself. Please contact your lab or lab representative to request that they contact Office Ally to establish the interface.
