Rejection: Insured ID Contains Invalid Characters FV36
What happened: The insured ID in box 1a contains characters other than letters and numbers.
Resolution: Per the payer, insured ID numbers can only contain letters and/or numbers. Need to verify the insured ID and update the claim (see attached picture below).
