Rejection: Date of Accident Required (DE180)
What happened: Box 10 had a box marked 'Yes' but an accident date was not sent in Box 15 (with qualifier 439) or?the Additional Fields section.
Resolution: Need to add accident date in Box 15 or the Additional Fields section (under box 25, see attached picture below) or change box 10 to 'No' if not related to an accident.
