Rejection: Printing Services Not Requested by User (RC62)
What happened: There are two possible reasons for this rejection:
1) We do not have pre-enrollment logged for this payer for the NPI in box 33a
2) The payer does not accept this type of claim electronically
Resolution: Verify if the claim was sent to the correct payer. Verify if have received word back from the payer that NPI is set up to send elecronically. You can also verify that the payer accepts this type of claim by viewing our Payer List: HERE
