Keeping your account open may make it easier to access your past information or to use Office Ally’s services in the future. Before closing your account entirely, here are some alternatives that might better fit your needs:

Take a Break from Usage-Based Services:  

Fees associated to usage-based services such as the Non-Par Claims Processing fee or Eligibility and Benefits fees are only incurred if you utilize these services. If you stop utilizing usage-based services, you will not incur the fees associated with them.

Turn Off Unused Subscription-Based Features:  

Certain services, like EHR 24/7 and Insurance Discovery Find Coverage (IDFC), are subscription-based and will continue to incur fees as long as they are enabled. You can cancel these subscription services if you no longer need them.

How to Close Your Entire Office Ally Account:

If you’ve explored the alternatives and have decided that closing your account is the best option, here’s how you can proceed:  

  1. Simply send an email from one of the account’s Authorized Contact’s email addresses to support@officeally.com.
    • Be sure to include the name and account number of the account you wish to close.
    • If you prefer to start the process by phone, give our support team a call to start the cancellation process.
  2. You’ll receive an email with cancellation forms to complete and return.
  3. Review the form carefully and choose the correct option, as the same form can also be used to cancel specific services rather than close the entire account.
  4. Once the form is returned, we will review it and contact you if there are any issues with the form or to notify you when it has been processed.

Important Considerations:

  • Once closed, you will no longer be able to access the account.
  • Reactivation: If you change your mind in the future, you can always reach out to our support team to reactivate your account.
