Rejection: Primary Payer Required on Secondary Claim (DE301)

What happened: Payer name and payer ID is required in the secondary section (bottom) of the claim.

Resolution: Verify the information at the bottom of the claim for the payer name and payer ID. Update the claim as necessary.
