Rejection: Mammography Certification Number is required for mammogram services. (FE390)

What happened: Mammography services were billed, but no Mammography Certificate number was sent on the claim.

Resolution: This can be added in the additional fields section under box 25. Need to add Mammography Certificate and update the claim.
