BSCA Encounters BS003 - Billing Provider ID IPA0 (FE226)

Rejection: BSCA Encounter Billing Provider ID Must Begin with IPA0 When NPI is Not Present (FE226)

What happened: The NPI was not sent, so the blue shield provider ID was expected in box 33b.

Resolution: Either add NPI in box 33a or provider ID in 33b.
