Rejection: Rejected - Unprocessable Claim N70004 Submitter is not authorized to submit on behalf of Billing Provider.

What happened: Not set up at the payer's end to send electronically through Office Ally.

Resolution: Need to do pre-enrollment and call EDI if there are any further questions.
