Rejection: OSNA Specific Edit: New Patient Filter (RC164)

What happened: CPT code that was billed is for new patients only. The patient being billed has had claims previously submitted, therefore they are not a new patient.

Resolution: Need to double checkt he CPT code billed and update as necessary.
