What happened: One of the CPT codes needs a line item note.

Resolution: If it is a drug that is being billed, need to put the name of that drug in the note field. If not sure on which code needs the note call payer's provider services or contact Customer Service via live chat, email ( or phone (360-975-7000 option 1).
