What happened: We are not creating the CR208 segment based off the letter in box 10d. If you have questions on the patient condition codes, please contact our customer service department (360-975-7000 opt 1), and a rep can assist with what that is referring to.

Resolution: We have added this to the list of payers that we will create that segment based off the letter code in box 10d.
