Rejection: Acknowledgement Rejected for Invalid Information - The claim encounter has invalid information as specified in the Status details and has been rejected. claim filing indicator.

What happened: The original uploaded ANSI file had "MB" in the SBR09 segment of loop 2320. This error can occur if the original uploaded file was a primary claim with Medicare as the secondary and then changed to a secondary claim via inventory reporting.

Resolution: There is not a way to correct this via Claim Fix. The claim will need to be reuploaded with the correct claim filing indicator code in loop 2320 SBR09.
