Rejection: Acknowledgement / Rejected for relational field in error. | Entity's National Provider Identifier (NPI). | Entity's tax id.

What happened: NPI/TIN combination is not what the payer has on file.

Resolution: Verify the NPI/TIN (see attached pictures below) on the claim and contact the payer as necessary.
