BCBS NC SB810 - Member ID must be valid

Rejection: Member ID must be valid. (Valid ID is an exact representation of that on the membership ID card).

What happened: Based on the patient information the claim, the patient ID is not correct.

Resolution: Double check the patient's insured ID card and then call payer if needed to verify information. If this has already been done, please contact Customer Service via live chat, email ( or phone (360-975-7000 option 1).
