Rejection: Amisys member id submitted

What happened: Insured ID is not correct.

Resolution: Verify insured ID, patient name, and date of birth, as well as verify if they are the primary insured or a dependent. If this has already been done, please obtain proof of the patient's eligibility with the payer and contact Customer Service via live chat, email (info@officeally.com) or phone (360-975-7000 option 1).
