Rejection: Acknowledgement Rejected for Invalid Information - The claim encounter has invalid information as specified in the Status details and has been rejected. Claim Frequency Code

What happened: Payer does not accept the number being sent as the Resubmission Code in box 22.

Resolution: If this is a corrected claim, verify how the payer would like to receive a corrected claim electronically and update the claim/billing software accordingly.
