Rejection: Patient Not Found (RC02)

What happened: Patient did not match eligibility records that we received from the payer. For a list of payers we check, you can contact our customer service department.

Resolution: If you do not know how to use the patient look up tool, contact our customer service department to verify spelling of the patients name, date of birth, and insured ID.
