Rejection: Missing/incomplete/invalid billing provider secondary identifier

What happened: The Tax ID + Billing NPI combination is not valid for Sharp

Resolution: Need to confirm with Sharp that the claim is being billed with the correct Tax ID + Billing NPI combination. If Sharp confirms, please contact our customer service department so a ticket can be created.
