Preparing for Scheduled Maintenance

If you encounter any issues following a scheduled maintenance window, the first troubleshooting step should be to reset and clear your browsers cache.

Steps for when there is scheduled maintenance:

  • Print the next day’s schedule.
  • Clear out all pending medications and refill requests.
  • Know offline alternatives for handling labs and prescriptions.
  • Review release notes.

Steps for when there is a disruption of service:

  • Clear your browsers cache.
  • Reset the browser.
  • Identify if the issue is local to your office by checking your internet speed using www.speedtest.net.
