Capital Blue Cross 54720 - PROVIDER ID MISSING

What happened: Generally this has to do with the fact that the claims were not being sent to the right payer. Claims usually needed to be sent to IBC instead of Capital.

Resolution: Need to double check the payer the claim is being sent to. If Capital is correct, please contact our customer service department so a ticket can be made.  We will need a copy of the patient ID card for further research.
