Rejection: DATES OF SERVICE SPAN BENEFIT PERIOD

What happened: The dates of service are spanning between September and October.

Resolution: Medicare's fiscal year begins on 10/1. Claims cannot span from one fiscal year to another. Claim needs to be split into 2 claims so they do not span between September and October.
