Kaiser (ALL) - incorrect payer

Rejection: Rejected - Unprocessable Claim Claim submitted to incorrect payer.

What happened: Claim was sent to the wrong payer ID.

Resolution: Kaiser has many payer ID numbers. Need to verify the payer ID the claim needs to be sent to and update the claim as necessary (see attached picture below).
