Rejection: Contact Clearinghouse Support Services

What happened: Claim failed for a reason that needs to be discussed directly at the payer.

Resolution: Need to contact our customer support department (360-975-7000 opt 1) so they can give you the reference number for the claim in question. Then call: 619-557-2218. You will need to leave a voicemail for that team. They will return the call within the next 48 hours.
