||Providers should be calling NCAL instead of the clearinghouse. Please note, for CA, due to Department of Manage Care, CA payers must send further explanation (letters) to the providers and members how that claims was processed/denied. In the letter it contains Kaiser NCAL numbers to call. Please have the provider follow the process - denial letter.
