Rejection: Admission Date required for this Type of Bill (FE124)

What happened: Type of bill in box 4 (UB) is for inpatient services but the admission date was not sent in box 12; or the place of service in box 24b (HCFA) requires an admission date to be sent in box 18.

Resolution: Need to add the admission date in box 12 (UB) and resend the claim or add the addmission date in box 18 (HCFA).
