Rejection: Prior Authorization (Payer Claim Control Number/Case Number) or Referral Number is required. (RC127)

What happened: Referral\Prior Authorization number in box 23 was not sent.

Resolution: Referral\Prior Authorization numbers are required for WorkComp claims. Add the information needed in box 23 and update the claim. If unsure what to send, need to call payer.
