Rejection: Referring Provider ID Contains Invalid Characters (FV32)

What happened: The referring provider ID in box 17a has an invalid character.

Resolution: The referring provider ID in box 17a can only have numbers or letters, no other characters. Verify the information in that box and update the claim as necessary.
